1. Electrolyzers: Lower your costs & your carbon footprint

The cost-efficient and reliant production of 'green hydrogen' through electrolysis is central to the reduction of greenhouse gases and overall decarbonization of energy systems.  

Electrolyzers use electrical energy to split water into hydrogen and oxygen. The main advantage of using electrolyzers is their ability to produce hydrogen gas in a clean, efficient and cost-effective way.

This makes it an attractive alternative for various energy demanding applications, such as fuel for the transport sector and storage of renewable energy. Additionally, the by-product of the process, oxygen, can be used for various industrial and medical purposes.

Electrolyzers can be installed in a variety of applications such as energy storage by converting excess electrical energy into hydrogen fuel, hydrogen production for various uses, and chemical production for substances such as ammonia and methanol.


2. Fuel Cells: A Clean, Reliable, and Efficient Power Source

Fuel cells are a key component in hydrogen generators that use the energy stored in hydrogen to generate electrical energy by means of an electrochemical process. Fuel cells, among other things, used for primary and backup power for data centers, critical infrastructure and energy supply and the process industry.

  • Reuse of waste heat: The electrochemical process of fuel cells produces waste heat that can be reused for production processes or district heating, making fuel cells a highly efficient energy solution.
  • Continuous power supply: Unlike batteries, fuel cells don't discharge during use, and as long as they are supplied with fuel and air, they can continue to generate power without any interruptions. No need for recharging or change of batteries.
  • Output electricity for direct use or fed into the grid: Fuel cells convert their DC output into AC, making them suitable for use in low voltage supply or for being fed into the grid.
  • Modular and scalable design: The size and design of fuel cells allow for a modular, scalable, and redundant design, making them an ideal option for securing the continuity of power supply in critical infrastructure.

The Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is a key component for improving the reliability of power grids and energy systems. It can store electric energy from any power source, such as the utility power grid, wind turbines or solar panels, and deliver it when you need it.
