Bostek has signed a contract with Brødrene Aa AS for delivery of main engines, automation and maneuvering system for their new constructions, hull 296 and 297 – NEX 1 and NEX2 – Nordlandsekspressen.
Nordlandsekspressen will operate in the Svolvær – Bodø area.
Key data for Bostek delivery:
- Each shipset: 4x MTU 10V2000M72 with flanged ZF3000 gearbox.
- Automation: BlueVision system in engine room and in the wheel house.
- Configured for waterjet drive
- Classification: DNV(GL)
